My library card was lost/stolen. What do I do?
To protect your financial liability, please report the loss or theft of the card immediately by calling Customer Service at 768-5170. We will block your library card so that it cannot be mis-used by anyone. You may also report your card lost or stolen in person or by calling the nearest library branch.
You can replace your library card by completing a new application and bringing it (with ID and proof of address) to the library. There is no charge to replace a library card.
